A SUMMER REFRESHING DRINK:- 

Summer is not just a season. It's a mood! The biggest problem in summer is dehydration due to sweating. Not only water but also some important nutrients are lost in summer so today let's talk about a very useful drink that not only keeps you dehydrated but is also packed in nutrients that help your body to remain cool in hot summer. Yes! I am talking about lemonade. So let's see its recipe:_




STEP 1:- Slice the lemons in half.

STEP 2:- Squeeze them into a large measuring cup. A squeezer makes this process easier. There should be 1- 1/2 cups of lemon juice to make 2 quarts of lemonade. 

STEP 3:- Remove their seeds.

STEP 4:- Combine the lemon juice and sugar and stir it into cold water.

STEP 5:- Serve over ice.

Be sure to try this recipe. It's very good for health, especially in summer. It has many benefits such as it keeps your cholesterol level under control and also prevents you from overeating. It will improve the digestion and breakdown of food that you eat. When you eat too many oily things, and when you find that your condition is getting worse, so drinking it also reduces fat from your body.
