CONSERVATION OF NATURE:-

Nature has given us many gifts like air, water, sunlight, land , minerals, plants and animals. All these gifts of nature makes our planet a place worth living. To survive on earth would not be possibble without any of these resources. Now when these natural resources are available on earth, unfortunately due to the increase in human population, the need for most of them has increased over the centuries. Many natural resources are being used faster than production rates.There is a great need for conservation of natural resources. Let's take a look at some of the ways in which these resources can be protected:-

REDUCE WATER CONSUMPTION:-

There is an abundance of water on earth, which is why people do not think much before using it. Even if we continue to use water at the same rate, we may not be able to save much of it in the future. Simple things such as turning the tap off while brushing, using the leftover water in bottles to water the plants, etc, can help us in saving water.

REDUCE USAGE OF ELECTRICITY:-

Energy saving is energy produced. It is thus suggested to restrict the use of electricity such as turning off lights before leaving your rooms, turn off electric appliances after use and switching to LED bulbs can make a difference.

RESTRICT THE USE OF PAPER:-

Paper is made from trees. Using more paper means encouraging deforestation which is going to be the biggest cause in today's time. Make sure you use only as much paper as you required. Stop using print-outs and wasting paper that is bad for the coming period of time.

USE NEW AGRICULTURE METHODS:-

The government must teach methods such as mixed cropping, crop rotation, and appropriate use of pesticides, insecticides, bio and organic fertilizers to the farmers.

SPREAD AWARENESS

Spreading awarness about the conservation of nature and the methods to be used is very important. It can be achieved only when more and more people understand its importance and the ways in which it can help. Apart from this, it is important to plant more and more trees, contribute towards lower the air pollution by employing rain water harvesting systems to conseve nature.
