IMPACT OF GLOBAL WARMING ON OCEANS

IMPACT OF GLOBAL WARMING ON OCEANS:-

Global warming had a huge impact on the ocean and marine life. It has increased the ocean temperature and brought about many alterations in the biochemistry of our beautiful oceans.

GLOBAL WARMING IMPACT ON OCEAN CURRENTS:-

Ocean currents flow far and wide and play a significant role in determining the earth's climate. Global warming is impacting the ocean currents and is affecting our climate badly. The ocean currents are getting weak due to global warming. Ocean currents bring various essential nutrients that are essential for the survival of ocean currents. The slowing of ocean currents has resulted in the carrying of fewer nutrients. This has disrupted the food chain and is severely affecting ocean life badly. Hopefully, the effects will worsen in the coming years as the effects of global warming increase.

GLOBAL WARMING IMPACT ON OCEAN WATER SALINITY:-
Research shows that global warming is impacting ocean water salinity to a great extent. As the air is getting warmer, its ability to absorb water is increasing. As a result, more water is evaporating is resulting in heavy rainfall in many areas. The melting of ice caps due to global warming is also impacting the salinity of ocean water. It is decreasing the salt content in the water. If the earth's surface temperature rises for another, then it will have a greater effect on the ocean, which in turn will affect its continuous activity.

GLOBAL WARMING IMPACT ON OCEAN TEMPERATURE:-
Global warming has increased the temperature on earth, it is also increasing the temperature of the ocean, which is warming the seawater and this has a great impact on the ocean's life. Many species of marine animals feel hard to adapt to the changing climate. Some other species of sea creatures have disappeared and many of them are suffering from serious illnesses due to the rising seawater temperature. Rising sea temperatures also affect rainfall patterns that are causing unpredictable rainfall in many places on our planet.

Global warming has severely affected the oceans. It has affected the salinity of water making it more saline in certain parts and less saline in others. It has impacted the ocean currents to a large extent. It has also raised sea temperatures, which has badly affected marine life.
